VoyGull Publishing Centre was founded to address a critical paradox in modern academia: while research is more global than ever, the mechanisms for sharing it remain restricted by prohibitive costs and exclusionary paywalls.

We are a UK-based academic publisher dedicated to Diamond Open Access. We believe that high-quality scholarship—whether it is a policy report, a monograph, or a journal article—should be judged solely on its methodological rigor and relevance, not on an author's ability to pay Article Processing Charges (APCs) or a reader's ability to pay subscription fees.

VoyGull exists to bridge this gap. We prioritize:

Reclaiming Control of Scholarship

We partner with universities, learned societies, and research institutes to launch and manage high-quality academic journals at no cost.

Unlike legacy publishers that charge institutions exorbitant annual fees to host their content, VoyGull provides the infrastructure, editorial support, and distribution networks for free. We believe that institutions should not have to "buy back" the research they produced. If your institution is looking to launch a new title or flip an existing journal to a sustainable Open Access model, we are your partners in that transition.
